This old public transport bus was on its way to the scrap yard, but we saw potential and got to work. Using almost all recycled materials,
it was repurposed into a fully self contained 18sqm studio.
This conversion was a real challenge, and we loved it! The existing steel floor had to be completely removed and new steel framing welded in
lower to create more headroom. Worth the effort, this 30sqm house bus has a full kitchen and bathroom, complete with underfloor heating and a
dishwasher.
